What a great time the Reunion was! We started off at the PC park where you could meet everyone's children. The park has changed some. The pool has some nice additions to it as well as new playground equipment. But its not as good as the old horses that you could swing on. My favorite was the black one.

Off to the high school we went to tour the new facilities. I love the new stuff!! Can you believe there is an elevator in the "New" building? They have added I believe 4 new classrooms by Mrs Angels old room. As you go downstairs and enter the weight room, you see "the cage". There are bars in front of the equipment. It sort of looks like a big jail. When you go up the stairs and out the door by the principals office, that is all in closed. They have added the new cafeteria. It is very nice. Not much has changed to the "Old building". Do you remember Mr. Phillips door that was closest to the girls bathroom? They have made a wall there. You have to enter that room at the opposite end. They have added a wheel chair ramp there as well. Remember the auditorium? It has been converted to two class rooms. I was sad to see that go.

Robert Chapman made us laugh with his rendition of "Timmy Reynolds" stories. It was a riot! Wynette read two letters from Shanna Angel and Connie Meeks. It was great to hear from them. Traci Gentry created a great trivia test that we took. She did a great job thinking up the questions. You can take the test too real soon to test your knowledge of the 80's and our class. You'd be surprised how much you may have forgotten. Jimmie Gifford made a grand entrance as Robert dragged him in. We got meet his great step daughter Amy. After all the fun, many ended up at the new Tavern in town. We do have a great class. I know that I have a new appreciation for everyone that showed up. I hope that we can all keep in touch from time to time.
